Word Bloom ("we", "our", or "the App") is a word search puzzle game developed by KIM MIN GWAN. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. This policy applies to users worldwide, including those in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK).

1.1 Information Collected Automatically

We do not require account registration.
Game progress is stored locally on your device only.

5. Advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > Turn off Personalized Ads

You may also remove all ads permanently through an in-app purchase.

6. Your Rights (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data processed about you.
Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data. Since game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the App.

8. Consent Withdrawal

You can withdraw your consent for personalized advertising at any time through the following methods:

In-App: Open Settings within the App and select "Privacy Settings" to manage your ad consent preferences.
Device Settings: Reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
Ad Removal: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option to stop all advertising in the App.

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Data Retention

Game progress data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, all local data will be deleted. We do not store any user data on external servers. Third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing) may retain data according to their own retention policies.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes affecting EEA/UK users, we will provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By downloading or using Word Bloom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is a word search puzzle game provided for entertainment purposes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., ad removal) through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the respective store's refund policy.
Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation.

3. Advertisements

The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
You may remove ads through an in-app purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, and code, is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright laws.
